By accessing and using EJUMA's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

EJUMA provides cargo trailer rental and courier services including:

• Trailer rental for bicycles and motorbikes
• Courier and delivery services
• Mobile app for booking and tracking
• GPS tracking and route optimization

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use services in compliance with local laws
• Maintain the trailer in good condition
• Return trailers on time and in proper condition
• Report any damage or issues immediately

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• Rental fees must be paid in advance
• Late returns incur additional charges
• Damage fees apply for excessive wear or damage
• Refunds subject to our refund policy

5. Liability and Insurance

Users are responsible for:

• Safe operation of trailers
• Compliance with traffic laws
• Insurance coverage for their vehicles
• Any damages caused by negligence

6. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Use trailers for illegal activities
• Exceed weight limits (200kg maximum)
• Modify trailers without permission
• Sublet or transfer rental agreements
• Use trailers in hazardous conditions

7. Termination

EJUMA reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violations of these terms, with no refund of unused rental time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.
